Menus change throughout the year to reflect the mood and trends of each season. The chefs concentrate on highlighting individual flavours, letting them speak for themselves.

Spring and summer bring delicate food with refreshing vinaigrettes and aromatic herbs to refresh the palette, while autumn and winter’s warming dishes are served with richer jus and sauces to satisfy stronger appetites.
